Provisioning steps for W52P / W56P / W56H / W60P

Vodafone Business with RingCentral only supports the following versions of this cordless phone. If your cordless phone handsets or base do not meet this requirement, you may not be able to provision or use the devices.

Note: Only four paired handsets per base station are supported. Pairing the 5th handset may result in some users not making phone calls.

Base Station

:

Hardware version: 25.1.0.0.0.0.0 or higher

Software version: 25.50.0.20 or higher

You may need to manually update the software/firmware version of the base station from 25.50.0.20 to version 25.80.25.1. 

Handsets

:

Hardware version: 61.0.0.1 or higher

Software version: 61.80.0.10 or higher

Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation for instructions on identifying the version numbers.

  1. Log in as an admin to your online account.
  2. Go to 

Admin portal > Phone system > Phones & devices > User phones

.

  1. Select an Existing phone from the list, then click 

Setup & Provision

.

  1. Click 

Yealink IP Phones

, then select the Yealink phone model to provision.

  1. Click 

Next

.  

  1. Reset the existing configuration on your Yealink phone.
  2. Enter the phone’s 

MAC address

, then click 

Next

.

  1. Access your phone’s web interface. 
  2. In the Yealink phone’s web interface, navigate to 

Phone > Auto Provision

.

  1. Enter the 

Provisioning URL

 in the 

Provisioning Server

 field.

  1. Ensure that the 

User Name

 and 

Password

 fields are blank.

  1. Click 

Confirm

.

  1. Click 

Autoprovision Now

.

 

Note: Your phone will reboot and provision itself. Please do not power off or disconnect your device during the upgrade process. Click 

Done

 on the

 Setup & Provisioning

 window when finished.

Reset the existing configuration on your Yealink phone

You may perform these steps on any handset paired to your cordless phone base station.

  1. Press 

OK > Status > System status

 to obtain the IP address of the cordless phone base station.

  1. Enter the IP address into the address bar of your web browser and press the 

Enter

 key.

  1. Log in to the cordless phone’s web interface. The default username is 

admin

, and the default password is 

admin

.

  1. Navigate to 

Phone > Upgrade > Reset to Factory

.

  1. Click 

Reset Now
